It doesn’t matter much what your ‘Total’ testosterone levels are. It is the ‘FREE’ and ‘Bio-Available’ testosterone levels that matter and what ultimately builds muscle and helps reduce body fat. Boron is one of the few supplements which has been clinically shown to increase these levels. I take one 5mg capsule in the AM and one 5mg capsule in the PM (alternatively take 10 mg at bedtime). Do not exceed 10 mg. per day. In my opinion, this is a must-have supplement for those aged 35 and older. This brand works per my own blood level testing.
